Mike Carter, CFP ® began his career in financial services in 1979. He earned his Certified Financial Planning designation in 1993.
Mike joined Money Concepts in 1993 and is currently the Regional Director for Money Concepts International, Inc. in Oregon.
Today, Mike’s practice is geared to provide Wealth Management services to businesses and individuals, including comprehensive financial plans. Mike also enjoys working with Tax Professionals, Banks and Credit Unions to provide Wealth Management services to their clients.
When he is not working, Mike enjoys fly fishing and ties his own flies.

Sue Rawls Carter handles all of the Regional Administrative duties for the Oregon Cascade Pacific Region. In addition, she handles all client service issues as well as new business processing.
Sue obtained her Bachelor of Education from Southern Oregon State College in 1989. Along with Mike, she raised two children who have blessed her with two wonderful grandsons. She also enjoys knitting in her free time
Murphy is in charge of office security.
